Yes. Design and construction are handled in-house by the same team, from the first sketch through the final walkthrough.

Do you handle permits and city approvals?
Yes. Permits and engineering are handled as part of our process on projects that require them.
How long does design take?
It depends on the scope of the project. Discovery and Design can take anywhere from a few weeks to longer, especially when permits and engineering are involved. Locking in the design early is the best way to protect your timeline.
Is there a minimum project size?
Project scope varies widely, from a single fire feature to a full pool, kitchen, and landscape package. The best way to find out if your project is a fit is a free consultation.
What's included in the free consultation?
We review your property, talk through your goals and how you use your outdoor space, and give you a sense of scope, budget fit, and next steps.
