This contemporary-style residence was designed to reflect the clients' eclectic personalities. Our designers created a space for them to be themselves and unwind after long, demanding work days, carefully scaling each element to avoid an overwhelming feel.

The centerpiece is a customized exercise pool featuring a RiverFlow system, allowing both residents to enjoy water activities suited to their preferences — one for kayaking against a moving current, and one for walking against a slower current.

The design incorporates vibrant color accents throughout the outdoor space, including glass "fish scale" tile around the pool perimeter, LED-lit fire bowls, and custom-made mosaic glass windows in the covered patio. Additional amenities include a private outdoor shower, a courtyard seating area, copper wind sculptures, and multiple fire features.
